Trade-Named Analogs

N-Acetylated and C-Amidated Dual-Terminus Modified Bioregulator Analogs

A class of seven novel acetylated and amidated dual-terminus modifications of the native bioregulator peptides, developed by Atumnus and protected under a proprietary, patent-pending platform.

Compound Identity

Structural and nomenclature data.

Sequence
Seven proprietary bioregulator designations: Telogenix, Vasogenix, Dermogenix, Cortigenix, Thymogenix, Lymphogenix, Gonadogenix
Native MW
Not applicable (modified class, not a single native compound)
Khavinson Designation
Novel Atumnus class; no Khavinson trade name (Khavinson published the native sequences)
INCI Name
Modified analog forms; INCI nomenclature pending.
Modified Analog
The class itself
Primary Research Domain
Same domains as the corresponding native peptides, with extended plasma half-life and enzymatic stability.

Native and Modified Forms

Public-domain native form and patent-pending analog.

Native form. The native peptide sequences are public-domain prior science. Atumnus holds patent-pending coverage on its proprietary modified analog forms.

Modified analog form. The acetylated and amidated dual-terminus modification — The class itself — is part of a class of novel compounds developed by Atumnus and protected under a proprietary, patent-pending platform. The N-terminal acetylation and C-terminal amidation are intended to extend plasma half-life and enzymatic stability relative to the native peptide.
